『カラダの使い方』を深く取り組んでいました！

廣畑コーチのことばは、

だけではなく、

☆股関節

などなど、

こまか〜いカラダの部位も指摘します！

 

…今回のスクール内容は『方向転換』の基礎！

小学生も中学生も、

自分のカラダと向き合って、熱心にとりくんでいました♪

見ていて感じたこと！

→ それは、

『基礎の考え方』ですね！

指導者の数だけ、基礎の考え方があると思いますが、

『子どもたちがより成長できるように』と考えたときに、

『基礎をどのように考えるか！？』

めちゃめちゃ大切と思いました♪

 

…たとえば、今回のスクールでは、

“レッグスルー”をおこなっていましたが、

単にドリブルで足を通すだけではなく、

☆股関節をたたむと通りやすい！

☆通す時、ドリブルは強くなくていい！

☆通した後に加速しよう！

というように、

技を一つ取っても、基礎のポイントがいくつもあるわけですね！

『基礎を深く！』

これを心がけること大切ですね！
