ディフェンスは立っているだけでOK？〜SDDL理論がオススメ〜

こんにちはっけよい！もりもりでごわっす♪

…今回のテーマはこれ！

ディフェンスは立っているだけでOK？

→以前の記事←について、

質問をいただいたので 回答します！

もりもりさんの動画を見ると…、

 

★DFは立ってるだけ

★もしくは、右か左に動くだけ

 

ですよね？

DFはこの程度でいいのですか？

（ ↓ 例のムービーはこちら！）

（個人レッスンの様子です！）

たしかに1on1メニューでは、

オフェンスが上達するために、

“意図的に”DFのレベルを変えています！

 

→ なぜかというと、バスケット理論の一つとして

“SDDLトレーニング”というものがあるからです！

 

「 SDDLって？」って何！？

★S：Shadow

→ 1 on 0 のこと

（DFは無し）

 

★D：Dummy

→ 1on1 のこと

（DFは立っているだけ）

 

★D：Decision make

→ オフェンスが判断する状況があること

（例、DFは右か左、どちらかに動く）

 

★L：Live

→ DFは自由。実践と同様。

カンタンに説明していきますね(^ ^)

 

『1on1オフェンスが上達するために』

という目的でメニューをつくるとします！

そのときに、

“DFは4種類のレベル”でおこなうと良い、

という理論です！

（以下、4種類を説明していきます）

 

１、DF無しで

ドリブルならば、まずは

★自分でミスしないように（自滅しないように）

★ステップなど、カラダの動きを覚える

ことができるようにしましょう！

→ DFがいない中で♪

 

２、DFは立っているだけ

目の前に DFをつけましょう！

（最初のうちは、スティール無しがおすすめ）

→ DFがいることで、

『１』よりも、試合の状況を想定できます！

“DFがいても”ドリブルなどを使って、

かわして抜けるようにしましょう！

 

３、DFが方向づけをして

DFが、意図的に動きましょう！

（左右前後という、4つの方向がオススメ）

オフェンスは、DFの動きを見る力が身につきます！

 

…自分（オフェンス）が仕かけた時に、

★DFが止まっているなら→そのまま抜く！

★DFがついてきたら→逆を抜く！

ということを、できるようになりましょう♪

 

４、DFはフリーで

DFは、本気で守ります！

（試合と同じ状況、というイミです）

DFが何をしてくるか分からない状況でも、

自分の思った通りにプレー（ドリブルやシュート）が

できるようにしましょう♪

…説明は以上！

 

『1on1オフェンスが上達するために、

DFのレベル（負荷のかけかた）が大切！』

という説明ですね♪

 

…もし、『３』が難しそうであれば、

1つレベルを落とし、

『２』を取りくむといいと思います！

 

…もし、

「毎日ドリブル練習をしてるけど、

試合で活かせない…」という選手ならば、

『１』はクリアしているので、

『２』からスタートし、

その後に『３』に取りくむと良いと思います！
