→ 茨城・桃山中の試合前アップは、観客や他チームが釘付けになるほどでした！

☆コーディネーションドリブル

☆1on1（とある条件つき）

選手たちは、楽しみながら、かつ“考えながら”トライしていました♪

 

2ボールドリブルに関しては、種類が多い！

達人レベルで、まさに“魅せて”くれました！

2ボールメニューを取り入れたところ、ドリブルをミスすることが減ったとのこと！

この中には、中学生から始めた子がいるようですし、新チームなので皆さん1・2年生ですね♪

さすがです！

☆練習でおこなっていた技をどんどんトライしていた！

☆一人で抜けるスキル！スクリーンを使わなくても♪

☆ディフェンスも上手！予測がウマい♪

本当に楽しかった！！！

小林先生には、アツくバスケ談義もしていただき、感謝です！

ごはんを食べに行った時には…

テーブルにある、しょうゆビン、塩ビンなどを使って1on1を解説してくださったり♪
