『練習メニューは何を削るかが大事！』ということ！

たとえばあなたが…

YouTube、試合会場で、新しい練習メニューを見たときに

『あのメニューを取り入れたいな！』と思ったとします！

もし、実際に取り入れるコトになると、

“今までおこなっているメニュー、何かを削る！”コトになりますよね！

（同じ練習時間であるならば！）

そのときに大切コトは、

★新しいメニュー

★削るメニュー

それぞれについて、長所と短所を考えているコト！

 

→ カンタンに言うならば、

★新しいメニュー→ドリブル

★削るメニュー→シュート

とすると…

長所は、ドリブルの上達！

短所は、シュート力がのびなくなること！

…などなどですね！

 

選手やチームを成長させるために、

『決まった時間の中で、どんなメニューを取り入れるか？』

指導者にとっては悩みどころですね！^^;

…もりもり自身もいつも悩みます！

（やりたいことは盛り沢山！）

でも、メニューを考えるコト、楽しいですよね♪

 

新しいメニューを取り入れるときには、

削るメニューの理由についても考えてみましょう！(^ ^)

『クラッシュ&ビルド』と言うらしいです！
