…今回のテーマはこれ！

活気に満ちる！名門・実践学園へ！

↑↑↑↑↑↑

まずはこちらの写真をごらんあれ〜♪

東京・中野区、実践学園中学校へ！

→ 実践学園といえば、2015・16年、

全中を連覇していることが

記憶に新しい、スバラシイ記録ですね！

（※昨年2017年も、沖縄全中に出場！）

（玄関にはトロフィーがずらり♪）

…今回、実践学園中学校へ訪問し、

練習を見学させていただいたり、

もりもりパフォーマンスを楽しんでいただきました！

「これが強さの秘訣なのでは！」

と思った要素がたくさんありました♪

→ 3点、ご紹介したいと思います！

 

【★１、感情を大きく表現！】

たとえば、シューティングメニューの時に、

入れば「よっしゃ〜！！！」

外れれば「うわ〜！くっそ〜！！！」

というように、大きく声を出す選手がいますし、

雰囲気はとにかくにぎやか！

このように、“感情を爆発”させることは、

活気に満ちるチームの源と思いました♪

 

【★２、主体性がスゴイ！】

ドリブルメニューがありました。

その際、こんな選手がいました！

「すいません！質問いいですか？」

初めて会った自分に対して、

自ら話しかけてくれました！

「このドリブル、もっとレベルアップするには、

どうすればいいですか？」と輝いた目で！

→ かなり胸が熱くなりましたね！

『質問をもっている！

＝ 向上心がある

＝ 主体性がある』

と思います！

…この選手は上級生でしたが、

このような主体性のある先輩たちを見て、

後輩たちも成長していくのだなと思いました！

 

【★3、“目的意識”が明確！】

何のメニューをするにでも、

・この練習は〇〇のため

・今後、◯◯日にある試合のため

・自分の決めた目標(シュート率など)を意識すること

というような声がけがありました！

選手、チームの目指す方向を明確にし、

その中でメニューに取り組む！

これこそ選手の成長を促進しているのだと思いました！

以上3点！

→ 3つ紹介した中で、

あえてメニューの内容はのせませんでした！

もちろんメニューの中にも

強さの秘訣はあると思いますが、

生徒たちの主体性や、活気に満ちる雰囲気、

これこそが強く印象に残りました！

…ちなみに、練習環境に関しては、

恵まれているとは言えません！

☆体育館は半分、もしくは4分の1のときも！

☆体育館を使えない日は、屋上での練習も！

☆体育館は大きくない！エンドラインの先、すぐ壁！

などなど！

現在、1・2年生は約30名いて、

あらたに1年生も入ってくるワケですから、

人数も多いです！

・体育館の使用が限られている！

・人数が多い！

このような条件の中でも

選手が成長できる場があるということは、

コーチの皆さんの“工夫の賜物”だと思います！
