単にシューティングよりも、

“試合で使う動き”を入れてから

シュートに行くことがオススメ♪

 

→ プロの選手でも、

そのようにシューティングする選手が多いです！

 

たとえば、Bリーグなど、プロの試合観戦では、

アップに注目してみることもオススメ♪

 

スクリーンをよく使う選手は、スクリーンで

使うドリブルをしてからシュートに行ったり、

センターは、ゴール下付近で使えるステップを

してからシュートに行ったり！
