Bリーグ、Wリーグの選手・スタッフが集結！

あなたは何名、分かりますか？(^^)

 

→ 「めちゃくちゃ勉強になる！！！」

の連続でした♪

学んだことを“5つ”シェアしたいと思います！

プロに興味ある方、要チェック♪

 

…まずは、「どんな集まりや？」説明します！

6月、まるまる3日間、

『JBA公認D級コーチ養成講習会』

が開催されました！

→ 会場は、↓ナショナルトレーニングセンターや、

↓トヨタ自動車府中スポーツセンターなど、

3会場にて♪

この講習会は、一般受付しておりません！

トップリーグに所属する選手・スタッフ限定！

（オフシーズンに合わせ、参加しやすいように）

もりもりは、

千葉ジェッツふなばしアカデミーコーチをしており、

この講習会に参加してきました！

（ジェッツでのコーチ、知らない方も多いですかね！）

 

…集結した人数は、39名！

（選手7割、チームスタッフ3割）

選手たちにとっては、

『セカンドキャリア』としてコーチもできるよう、

受講しに来ている方も多かったです！

 

…内容に入りましょう！ざっくり、

★初日は、座学中心！

★2日目は、石川幸子コーチによる指導見本！

★3日目は、参加者全員による指導実習！

などなど！

→ この、指導実習は一言でいうと『ぜいたく』！

実際のプロの選手たちが、

自分の強みのプレーから『指導案』をつくります！

この指導を、選手たちにシェアするわけですから、

選手自身のレベルアップに直結します！

この実習を『プロがプロに教える空間』と言えば

分かりやすいでしょうか！(^^)

 

…さて！説明が長くなりましたが、

学んだことを“5つ”シェアしたいと思います！

 

⬛１、プロは“強みのプレー”、1つは持っている！

指導時間は一人につき、20分！

その時間内に、メニューを組み立て、指導します。

『一番何を伝えたいか？』を考えるため、

テーマがあります。たとえば、

・1on1の状況判断

・パスのスペーシング

・センターに有効なDF

・ハンドリング力UP（もりもり）

などなど！

テーマに沿った指導を、それぞれの参加者が

アツく、かつ冷静に指導していました！

『強みはがあるからこそ、自信をもって教えられる！』

もしプロになりたい子どもたちがいれば、

『何かの強みをもつこと！』も大切と思いました！

…ちなみに、指導実習のグループ分けは3つ！

↑もりもりはAグループ！

オリンピック選手で言えば、大崎佑圭氏（上左）！

NBAアナリストの佐々木クリス氏（右下）も！

13名ですので、自分以外“12名”のコーチの

指導を学習できたわけです！

 

⬛２、プロは向上心にあふれている！

指導後は、グループの一人一人が評価をします！

（感想・意見を言い合う！）

その際、指導したコーチたちは

「辛口コメントをお願いします！」

「ズバッと言ってください！」

ということを口をそろえて言っていました！

『指摘されることは、嬉しいこと』という

“向上心”、強く感じました！

⬛３、プレーと指導は違う！

プロの舞台で活躍している選手でも、

「教える経験がなくて…」

「慣れていないので緊張します…」

という方も多かったです！

誰しもが、自身のプレーを

カンタンに伝えられるものではない。

やはり、指導も経験が大切と思いました！

⬛４、“自然と”盛り上がる！

メニューに取り組んでいると、

「〇〇さん、パス！」

「声出していきましょう！」

というように、どんどん盛り上がる！

“自然と”ということがポイントで、

だれに言われるわけでもなく

主体的に発言することこそプロ！

最高に楽しめる空間になっていました♪

⬛５、どんな知識？気になる内容は？

意外にも、“シュート”を指導内容にする方は

少なかったです！多かったテーマは、

★状況判断系

★スペーシング系

です！意外だと思いませんか？

一言に『状況判断』とはいっても、テクニックは、

ドリブルだったり、パスだったり、

P&Rだったり…切り口はそれぞれ違います！

いくら個人スキルを磨いても、

より実践で生かせなければイミない！

実践で生かせる知識を指導していきたい、

と思いました！
