アルバルク東京・塩野コーチ

『ゲームインテリジェンスを育む練習法』

→それぞれ、90分にわたる指導！

（左から…塩野さん、塚本さん、岩井さん！）

…指導のあとは、

10人ごとの“グループでディスカッション”！

→このディスカッションがおもしろい！

実技指導に対しての感想や意見を、

コーチ1人1人が発表し合います！

（その後、グループでまとまった意見を

全員に向けて発表！）

 

…コーチたちは個々の指導理論を持っていますので、

多くの意見が出ました！

よって、

多くの視点でバスケットを考えることができました！

 

…最後に塚本さんからのメッセージとして、

『子どもたちの将来を担っていることに対し、

“使命感”を持ちましょう！』
