“本音を語ります！〜ミニバス時代〜”

前回のつづきです！

バスケットとの出会いは

小学2年！

 

親友にさそわれて行ってみると、

「めちゃくちゃ楽しい！！！」

 

すぐに始めました♪

（岩手・古館ミニバス）

 

…始めたのはよかったのですが、

いざ練習になれば、

そりゃあもう、めっちゃ走る！苦笑

 

2時間の練習の中で、

ボールを使わない練習が1時間！^^;

次の日は筋肉痛確定♪

 

コーチは毎日怒鳴るし、超キビシイ〜！

（今では仲のイイコーチですが！笑）

 

…しか〜し！

熱心な指導のおかげもあり、

全国大会に3度、

出場することができました！

（これは5年生のとき！

マルコメ坊主くんですね♪笑

全国準決勝で群馬県のチームに負け…）

 

「ミニバスのチームが強かったなら、

ドリブルやハンドリングも

上手だったんでしょう！？」

と言われることもありますが、

 

下手くそだったんです！

 

★ボール運びに自信がなくて、

仲間にすぐにパスしてしまう選手…

 

★一点差、残り10秒でレイアップを外し、

負けの原因となってしまうような選手…

 

→オフェンス、苦手でした！

 

…オフェンスができなくても

試合に出ることができたのは、

★言われたことはしっかりできる選手！

→ マジメ

★ディフェンスが上手！

→ 1試合にスティール、3本はしてたかな！

だったからですね！

（仲間にも恵まれ、楽しくバスケットできました！）

 

そうなんです！

ミニバスのころは、

オフェンスはイマイチで、

スキルも自信もなかったんです！

 

…今、レッスンをするとき

小学生の子たちからは、

「どうすればドリブルがうまくなりますか？」

保護者のみなさんから、

「うちの子、ドリブルに自信がないんです。」

とよく言われますが、

 

もりもりも

そういう選手でした！

 

→ だからこそ、

ミニバスっ子たちの悩みには

共感できます！
